IV Ocean Therapy uses FDA approved product Venofer, Iron Sucrose , an iron replacement product indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia . A dosage of 200mg per infusion. IV iron sucrose has been reported to be one of the safest elemental iron replacements with an excellent profile in clinical use.
